1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the joya9bet platform and all services under it. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are legally bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

Each person may create only one account on joya9bet. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All services on joya9bet are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. Providing false information about age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

In addition, residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use joya9bet. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the applicable laws in their area.

4 Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used to add funds to joya9bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Transactions below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Payment Verification

Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking or bank account used for the deposit. Payments to third-party accounts are not accepted. joya9bet may request additional information to verify transactions.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. joya9bet will never directly ask for a user's mobile banking PIN or bank password.

5 Withdrawal and Payment Process

A minimum withdrawal of ৳1,000 is required to withdraw deposited funds and winnings. Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made using the same payment methods as deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, the withdrawal process may be temporarily put on hold.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day, but each request will be processed separately.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

joya9bet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, or per IP address.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Different rules may apply when wagering a bonus on certain games; detailed terms for each promotion will be stated separately.
• If joya9bet finds evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, a VPN, or a proxy will result in account closure.

6.2 VIP Cashback Program

The joya9bet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week. For example, a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

7 Gaming Policy

joya9bet offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket and football betting. All games are operated by verified third-party software and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.1 Game Results

If a technical error occurs in the result of any game, joya9bet reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and refund the amounts. joya9bet is not responsible for disconnections during a game; however, the result will be determined according to the game's own rules.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are set separately and are clearly stated on the game page. Odds and market limits in sports betting may change in advance.

8 Fair Use Policy

joya9bet is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Claiming bonus or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.

• Use of false information or a fake identity.

12 Limitation of Liability

joya9bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This includes losses caused by internet disconnection, device malfunction, or issues with third-party services.
